Terms of service

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Please note all refunds must take place within 30 days of original purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Any merchandise marked "Sale" on our website cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

After we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be sent to your original method of payment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from our receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to post to your credit card statement, depending on your bank. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
